    GENERAL INFO

    Name: Kaito Daichi

    Age: 65

    Height: 5’ 11”
    Weight: 175 lbs.

    Ninja ID: 1523-841T-BH9K-0FNM

Village: Formerly of the Village Hidden in the Valley

    Rank: Monk (explained in bio)

    Element: Water, Earth

    Occupation: Wandering Monk

BIO: Born as an orphan, Kaito grew up on the streets of Village Hidden in the Valley. He stole food so he could eat, he begged for money, and survived the relentless and violent gangs through pure animal instinct. What Kaito couldn’t beg for he stole. No one came to save him; no one cared about his plight. This was his life for 15 years. A day like any other day came and a group of monks came walking into the village. They were from a temple dedicated to purifying and strengthening the body, mind, and soul. They practiced a self-defense technique which focused on quickness of the mind, the hands, and the feet. It was one of these monks which took Kaito in.

At 15 years of age the former street urchine, ragged and dirty, was inducted into the temple. 20 years of rigorous physical and mental training. Climbing up mountains, running for miles to wake yourself up, and breaking hard metal objects consisted of the daily training schedule; meditation in the afternoon for a break. It was a grueling 20 years, but the animal instinct which had been part of Kaito for as long as he could remember had been honed and under his control. At the age of 35, Kaito was determined to have trained enough to go back into the world. If he was a ninja he would be classified as B-rank.

During his 20 years of travel, Kaito was able to travel through most of the countries, though the Shadow Knight Empire did not allow him to enter. He even returned to his old village to see what was new. It was as he expected to be, still a lot of the old shops and houses there, but it had expanded, so there was plenty of new buildings as well. It wasn’t till Kaito traveled to the Grain Country, that he found where he wanted to live his life peacefully away and it was also there where he found a rogue ninja who taught him his ninjutsu. Kaito learned quickly and easily mastered the jutsus that the ninja had to offer, due to his training as a monk. By now you could consider him an A-rank ninja. He was 55 when Kaito settled down in a small log cabin by the shore and he lived there for the next ten years.

Description: Wrinkles, scars, and muscles make up this old monk. He is built like a mountain, a mountain with a middling length white beard which he likes to rub whenever he is deep thought. Twinkling blue eyes stare out from under bushy eyebrows. You could describe him as the universal grandpa.

Personality: A quick-witted old man, with a habit of calling it like he sees it. If he calls you a punk, then he sees you as a punk. This bluntness turns away most people, but those who call him a friend, have someone for the rest of their life who will defend them till death and will most likely outlive them as well.

    OTHER INFO

Family: Absolutely none, all died a long time ago.

    Sensei: Too many to count.

    Students: None

    Team: None

Weaknesses: He tends to drink more then he should, sleeps too much especially while walking far distances, can’t throw shuriken worth beans, and genjutsu; psychological mumbo jumbo crap.

Strengths: Taijustu, ninjutsu, a strong strategic planner, and endurance.

    Jutsu: Second Post

Weaponry/Equipment: An oak staff and bronze knuckles

    Bloodline: None

Rp Sample: When a man becomes as old as Kaito is, he comes to appreciate the simpler things in life. Beer and steak on one's own porch, quiet afternoons, and fishing, are just a few of things you come to appreciate. Kaito was fishing and drinking a beer this fine morning. He was up at the crack of dawn, the sun tinging the sky with red and purple, throwing his line out and sitting on his rocking chair which he brought with him. As the sun rose in the sky, Kaito knew he already lost his bait to a fish, but he didn't care. To him the act of fishing was not as important as the principal of fishing. The relaxing atmosphere of doing nothing, except perhaps drinking a beer and admiring the scenery. It completed the perfect morning for Kaito and he fell asleep still rocking in his chair, a slight snore escaped from his lips and that is all that disturbed the silence and peacefulness of the beach.
